Stay active. Getting 20-30 minutes of exercise most days of the week is not only heart healthy, but also increases our mood.
Eat healthy, the majority of the time. Eat a healthy snack before an event where you are likely to overeat. This can help you make better choices and avoid eating too much. Also, make healthier food swaps when you can.
Enjoy your time with friends, family and your community. But try to leave some wiggle room in your schedule for rest and relaxation.

Feed your spiritual needs. Meditation and prayer are few helpful ways to address spirituality, but finding a way to best meet your own personal needs can be beneficial.
