Due to the increasing number of missed appointments, we have implemented a no call no show fee of $50.00. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment you will be billed $50.00 for the missed office visit. If you call and cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours of the appointment, the fee will be waived.
