Walk-ins are ALWAYS welcome for treatment of most minor injuries and illnesses. Call 479-966-5088 (Fayetteville) or 479-770-4343 (Lowell) to schedule an appointment for non-urgent visits. There is a $50 cancellation/reschedule/no show fee. If you call and cancel/change your appointment prior to 24 hours of the appointment, the fee will be waived.
